1. Wash your hands and make sure the bottle and teat are clean.
2. Bring water to the boil. Allow the boiled water to cool to a cold or lukewarm temperature (approximately 37°C) and pour the required amount into the bottle.
3. Dip the supplied measuring spoon loosely through the powder and apply it to the scraping edge.
4. Add the correct number of scoops to the water in the bottle.
5. Screw the cap on the bottle and shake gently until the powder is completely dissolved (± 30 seconds).
6. Check whether the food is not too warm by dripping it on the inside of your wrist. Is the temperature right? Then you can give the bottle.
7. Dry the scoop and store it on the inside of the lid.
8. Press the hand on top of the lid so that the lid clicks closed. This way the powder stays fresh.

- Prepared follow-on milk cannot be kept outside the refrigerator for longer than two hours.

- Once boiled water has cooled, you can keep it covered in the refrigerator for another 24 hours. Before use, you can heat the cooled water in the microwave or bottle warmer.
- If you close a bottle of Nutrilon HA 2 immediately after preparation and place it in the refrigerator, you can use this food for another 24 hours. You can give the food cold or warm it up to 37°C before use."

6. Check whether the food is not too warm by dripping it on the inside of your wrist.
7. Keep the measuring spoon in the packaging.
8. Storage:
• Close the packaging after use and store it in a cool and dry place. After opening, the contents can be kept for a maximum of 4 weeks.
• Use prepared food within one hour and throw away leftover food.
• Tip: Boiled water can be kept closed in the refrigerator for 24 hours once it has cooled. Heat the water in the microwave or bottle warmer before use.
