Usage
Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
Preparation: Frying pan (non-stick): fry the pangasius fillets without butter or oil at a medium temperature for 6-9 minutes until light brown and done. Turn halfway. Move the pan occasionally so that the fish does not stick. Oven (180°C): place the pangasius fillets side by side in an oven dish and bake the fish in the center of a preheated oven for 8-12 minutes until light brown and done.

Ingredients: 73% pangasius, vegetable oil (rapeseed, sunflower, palm), wheat flour, water, modified wheat starch, salt, dextrose, spices, paprika, corn flour, whey powder, 0.2% herbs, sugar, yeast extract, extract (basil, paprika ), raising agent (sodium carbonates [E500], diphosphates [E450]), acidity regulator (potassium citrates [E332], citric acid [E330]), thickener (xanthan gum [E415]).
