    Usage

    Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
    Preparation: Frying pan (non-stick): fry the pangasius fillets without butter or oil at a medium temperature for 6-9 minutes until light brown and done. Turn halfway. Move the pan occasionally so that the fish does not stick.
