Can be prepared in the oven, deep fryer and air fryer
Oven (220°C) / convection oven (200°C):
Preheat the oven. Place the pommes duchesse on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Deep fryer (175°C):
Heat the oil. Fry small quantities of frozen pommes duchesse for 3-4 minutes.
Air fryer (200°C):
Divide the frozen pommes duchesse evenly over the basket. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden yellow.
Usage
In freezer * (-6°C): several days. in freezer ** (-12°C): 2 weeks after purchase. in freezer *** (-18°C): best before the date stated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after thawing.
