Use and storage

STEP 1: Sift matcha into a bowl.
STEP 2: Add half of the hot water and whisk until foamy. Use a bamboo whisk in a zigzag motion or a milk frother for a few seconds.
STEP 3: Add more hot water, up to 300ml. Whisk again and serve
