Use and storage

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray.
STEP 2: Mix warm water with self-rising flour and psyllium powder to form a dough.
STEP 3: Shape into a pizza base on the tray. Bake for 25 minutes, then add mozzarella and bake for 10 more minutes.
STEP 4: Top with pesto, ham or sundried tomatoes, and basil if desired.
