Rambla by Born Rosé Sparkling

"Careful selection of Garnacha grapes, harvested at their
optimum ripeness to preserve fruit character and natural acidity. The clean must ferments at 16oC with selected yeasts, producing a balanced, aromatic base
wine. The second fermentation takes place in isobaric tanks using the Charmat method, under controlled temperature (16oC) until reaching 5.5 bar of pressure, ensuring a fine and persistent bubble. The wine undergoes isobaric tangential filtration, preserving
aromatic purity and natural CO2, and is bottled with its natural residual sugar."
