    Preparation method:
    Microwave (700 Watt):
    poke holes in the foil. Place the container in the microwave and heat the dish for 4 to 5 minutes. Be careful of escaping water vapor when opening. Stir the meal before consumption.

    Frying pan/wok: remove the dish from the container and heat it thoroughly in a preheated non-stick pan for approximately 4 to 5 minutes*. Stir regularly. Do not add oil or frying butter. *The frying time depends on the height of the fire/mode and heat source.
