Usage
Preparation: do not thaw before use. Deep fryer (175°C): fry the croquettes for a maximum of 5 minutes. Let the croquettes rest for at least 2 minutes before consuming. Please note: do not exceed the stated maximum preparation time and baking temperature. Don't wait until the croquettes start to float. Do not fry more than 1 croquette per 1 liter of frying fat/oil at the same time and prevent the croquettes from touching each other.

Ingredients: water, wheat flour, 15% beef, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed), free-range egg yolk, cream, salt, beef gelatin, spices (including celery), starch (tapioca, potato), yeast extract, hydrolyzed soy protein, dried glucose syrup, emulsifier (cellulose gum [E466], mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids [E471]), sugar, dextrose, yeast, natural flavouring, sugar syrup, wheat gluten, parsley, flavouring, sea salt, lemon juice, stabilizer (diphosphate [E450], carrageenan [E407]) , beef powder, wheat, maltodextrin, soybean, beef extract, palm fat, thickener (xanthan gum [E415], guar gum [E412]), caramelized sugar, color (caramel [E150a]), acidity regulator (sodium carbonate [E500]).
