Usage
Despite careful filleting, a bone may remain in the chicken.
Preparation: Frying pan: heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil and fry the free-range chicken cordon bleu at a moderate temperature for about 10 minutes until done. Turning regularly. Air fryer (200℃): put the desired amount of free-range chicken cordon bleu in the basket (max. 2 pieces) and heat for 10 minutes in a preheated air fryer. Preparation time depends on the wattage of the air fryer. Consult the air fryer's instructions for any deviations in preparation method and maximum quantity.
