These chicken thigh fillets are made from pure chicken thigh meat from which the bone has been removed. They are also very tasty for the barbecue. Sprinkle the chicken thigh fillet with chicken herbs. Frying pan: heat butter and/or (olive) oil and fry the chicken thigh fillet at a moderate temperature for about 20 minutes until brown. Turning regularly. Oven (180°C): place the chicken thigh fillet in an oven dish and place it in the middle of a preheated oven. Bake the chicken thigh fillet for about 20 minutes. * Preparation: Frying pan, oven (180°C).
