Chicken liver is one of the organs of the chicken. Chicken liver has a distinct taste caused by its iron content. Cooking pot: bring water to a boil and put the chicken livers in the water. Let the chicken livers soak for 5 minutes. Drain the chicken livers and sprinkle them with herbs. Then prepare the chicken livers in a frying pan. Frying pan: heat (olive) oil and cook the chicken livers over moderate heat for about 5 minutes until done. Turn regularly. Season the chicken livers with salt and pepper and fry with onions and bacon bits. Served with brown bread, this provides a tasty experience.
