Chicken liver is one of the organs of the chicken. Chicken liver has a specific taste which is caused by the iron content. * Cooking pan: bring water to the boil and put the chicken livers in the water. Let the chicken livers soak for 5 minutes. Drain the chicken livers and sprinkle with herbs. Then prepare the chicken livers in a frying pan * Frying pan: heat (olive) oil and fry the chicken livers at a moderate temperature for about 5 minutes. Turning regularly. * Season the chicken livers with salt and pepper and fry with onions and bacon. Served with brown bread, this provides a delicious taste experience.
