    Settesoli literally means seven suns and that refers to the seven months of sun that the grapes receive in Menfi. There, in the southwest of Sicily, the Settesoli cooperative is located. 23 winegrowers bring their grapes here. The nice thing about Sicily is that they have so many local grape varieties such as grillo, catarratto and nero d'avola from which tasty, fruity wines with a spicy touch are made. In Sicily they always drink their wine with their food, but you can also drink it solo.
