Dosage: How to use: Adults: 15 minutes before going to bed, melt 1 tablet in the mouth. Can be taken without water. Warnings and restrictions on use
Use is not recommended in children under 18 years of age, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, liver or kidney problems, pregnancy or breastfeeding and when taking blood pressure medicines. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and keep it out of the reach of children.

Ingredients: filler (mannitol), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), corn starch, stabilizer (polyvinylpolypyrrolidone), natural flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine HCI (Vitamin B6), sweeteners ( stevioglycosides from stevia, sucralose), melatonin.
