These soft spelled pita breads are made from 100% spelled flour. Delicious for a falafel sandwich or shawarma sandwich.

4-6 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees
Usage
Preparation: remove the packaging. Sprinkle with water. Oven (240°C): bake the pitas for 4-6 minutes in the center of a preheated oven. Toaster: heat for 1-2 minutes until the pitas turn brown.
Ingredients: spelled flour (wheat), water, baker's yeast, salt, dextrose.
