My name is Ben Cologne. I took over my father Jack's butcher shop. The village butcher's shop in Hulsberg has been in the hands of the family for many years. In 1983, Jack and his wife Tonny took over the butcher's shop from his parents. I have always had a great love for the butcher's trade. My craftsmanship has been awarded several times over the years. Best butcher's shop in the Netherlands 2000-2001, chosen as a 3-star butcher's shop 2015-2016 and winner of the golden butcher's ring are some examples of this.
