Countrymen Pepper Salami

Our pepper cervelat is made from specially selected beef and pork. We wrap the cervelat with a pepper edge of crushed peppercorns according to our own spice recipe. Delightfully mild in taste with a nice peppery aftertaste. Delicious on bread or on a platter. Combine with thin slices of gherkin. My name is Johan Augustinus and I come from a true butcher family. Together with my younger brother and father, we run a traditional butcher shop and production company. Here we make artisanal products daily, just as they were made 30 years ago according to our own recipe. And you can taste that! Over the years, we have won various national and international awards. For example, in 2015 I became three times European champion among young butchers. Since 2021, I have been a branch-recognized master butcher. The master title is the highest attainable recognition of craftsmanship in the trade. Achieving it testifies to excellent mastery of the butcher’s craft in all its aspects.
