My name is Johan Augustinus and I come from a true butcher family. Together with my younger brother and father, we run a traditional butcher shop and production company. Here we make artisanal products daily, just as they were made 30 years ago according to our own recipe. And you can taste that! Over the years, we have won various national and international awards. For instance, in 2015 I became three times European champion among young butchers. Since 2021, I have been recognized as a master butcher by the trade association. The master title is the highest attainable recognition of craftsmanship in the trade. Achieving it testifies to excellent mastery of the butcher’s craft in all its aspects.
