My name is Paul Klement, I have 2 butcher shops in Klazienaveen and Emmen. In 1954 my grandfather opened a butcher's shop in Klazienaveen, after which it was sold to my father Gerrit Klement after my uncles. Over the years, my father and I, of course together with our team of staff, have managed to maintain a full-fledged, traditional company, where all our products are still made using traditional methods. We are blk certified for beef, chicken and pork by the animal protection organization. .
This ham is a treat for every sandwich. No additives are made to this product.
