My name is Bert-Jan Lantinga, master butcher and third generation of a traditional butcher's family. taste the origin is the theme of our family business: lantinga butchery and fresh house in meppel, webshop butchery.nl and butchery and sausage maker in wanneperveen. Produce is produced here daily according to a traditional recipe. We have been selecting our own meat from regional farmers for over 70 years with respect for people and animals. Over the years, our craftsmanship has been awarded several times. For example, we were declared Dutch champion 2019 during the international butcher's trade competition La Confrerie des Chevaliers. We are proud of that!
