Tilda Dal Makhani

Dal makhani consists of black lentils in a sauce made from kidney beans, tomato, and ginger. A mild stew, an excellent base for a vegetarian dish. Optionally add sweet potato cubes, sour cream, and coriander. Serve the dish with basmati rice. Suitable for vegetarians.
