    Usage

    Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
    Preparation: remove the tuna steak from the refrigerator half an hour before preparation, so that the tuna steak is cooked evenly. Sprinkle the tuna steak with pepper and/or (fish) herbs. Frying pan: heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil and fry the tuna steak at medium temperature for 4-6 minutes until pink. Turn halfway. Grill: brush the tuna steak with (olive) oil and grill for 4-5 minutes until pink. Turn halfway.

The most striking thing about this tuna species is that the color is not as dark red as other tuna species.
