Unox Chicken Ragout
At Unox, we believe that truly good ragout starts with the best ingredients. That’s why no artificial fragrances or flavorings are added to our ragouts. In addition, the ragout varieties that contain meat have been awarded the Better Life quality mark with 1 star. This means that the animals from which the meat in these products comes have had a better life than animals without this quality mark. Unox ragout comes in 4 varieties. A vegetarian variety with mushrooms, one with veal, one with chicken, and one with beef. Great to serve in a vol-au-vent, but also delicious on a warm toasted bun, for example. Also perfect for the holidays!
For 80 years, Unox has been inextricably linked with Dutch cuisine. By now, many Dutch households are fans of Unox products. There are different stories about how the brand name Unox came about. Some claim that someone once came up with combining Unilever, Oss, and Ox into Unox. Others swear that the name was the result of a staff competition. Either way, since 1937 the tastiest meat products have been made under the Unox brand name.
