Preparation:

Remove the smoked sausage from the outer packaging, prick a hole in the inner packaging and heat the smoked sausage for 2 minutes at 600 watts in the microwave. Or place the smoked sausage in the sealed inner packaging in a pan of hot (but not boiling) water for 15 minutes. In both cases, let the sausage rest for a minute before slicing. Tip: sliced into pieces, the smoked sausage is also delicious in a sandwich roll, or as a snack with drinks.
