This forest mushroom soup contains no artificial colourings, added flavour enhancers, preservatives or added sugars. The sustainably grown vegetables, such as the button mushrooms, porcini and chanterelles in this soup, together with chervil, create a wonderfully rich flavour. How to prepare:
Shake the pouch before use, pour the soup into a pan and heat while stirring (about 3 minutes), without letting it boil. Or pour the soup into a microwave-safe bowl (2.5 minutes at 750 watts), then stir well halfway through heating. Tip: make this soup even more special with a few drops of truffle oil.
