    Instructions for use:-
    Restrictions on use: Not together with medicines that cause drowsiness, see package leaflet. Affects driving ability and machine operation. Intolerance to certain sugars. Do not use for longer than 14 days.
    Contraindication: Allergy to one of the active substances or excipients in this medicine
    Indication: Reducing mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.
    Age indication: from 12 years
    Dosage: Dosage: 1 tablet 1-3 times a day, depending on the complaint. Max. Daily dose: 4 tablets per 24 hours. Dosage: swallow the tablet whole with some water, do not chew. In case of difficulty falling asleep: 1 tablet half an hour to an hour before bedtime, if necessary 1 extra tablet earlier in the evening. Do not use for longer than 14 days without consulting a doctor. Warnings and restrictions on use
    - Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
    - This medicine makes you drowsy and reduces your ability to react, especially in the first 2 hours after use. You should not drive as long as you suffer from these side effects. Make sure children play safely (for example not high on a climbing frame) if they have used this medicine.
    - Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
