Valdivieso Chardonnay

Excellent Chardonnay from Chile, beautifully made. Lots of flavour and a good balance. This is a white wine that everyone enjoys! The Valdivieso winery was the first in South America to start producing sparkling wines, back in 1879. A hundred years later, in 1980, the family began making still wines. Their philosophy is to use the best possible grapes and to preserve the grapes’ aromatic and flavour characteristics as much as possible. The taste of oak ageing should therefore never be too dominant. Thanks to Chile’s ideal wine climate and the great care they take of the grapes, the winery now produces outstanding wines that win many international awards. But perhaps most important of all is that an excellent price-quality ratio is a hallmark of all their wines.
