Firm-boiling potatoes with a light, smooth skin and a round-oval shape. After boiling they keep their shape and remain firm in texture. The varieties that are packed include, among others, Nicola, Erika, Lady Christl, Alexia and Ballerina. After cooking they give a beautiful yellow colour on the plate.
Taste: Firm and full of flavour.
Storage: Store the potatoes in a cool, dark place, preferably in the refrigerator.
Preparation: Suitable for boiling and/or frying. Also very suitable for use in, for example, a salad. Cook the potatoes in their skins, as this way they retain more vitamins and are more flavourful.
