About De Vegetarische Slager Vegan Cordon Blij: De Vegetarische Slager Vegan Cordon Blij is everything you expect from the well-known layered sensation that makes many hearts melt. This plant-based soy cordon bleu, enriched with vitamin B12 and iron, is a source of protein. The easy-to-prepare vegan schnitzel with crispy coating, deliciously creamy plant-based cheese and vegan ham is 100% plant-based. Fry until golden brown and crispy in the pan, oven or air fryer and serve with a smile. Preparation: pan: heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry the Vegan Cordon Blij for 8–10 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Air fryer: place the Vegan Cordon Blij in a preheated air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius and fry for 8 minutes until golden brown.
