    Usage

    Heat thoroughly to the core before consumption.

    Preparation: METHOD Frying pan (for wraps, sandwiches and salads): Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 2-3 tbsp oil. Fry until golden brown on one side. Then turn and fry until heated through.
    Preparation: BBQ: Marinate the chicken pieces as desired and thread onto skewers. Place the skewers on the grill for 4-6 minutes. Turn regularly. Serve hot and enjoy!
    Preparation: In a sauce or curry: First prepare the sauce. Add the chicken pieces directly to the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
