The winemaker deliberately chose this variant because it clearly imparts the flavor of ripe, sweet muscat grape to the wine, along with a subtle hint of jasmine. This makes it a little different, more playful and exciting. Therefore, it is not just a sweet wine. In Spain, a lightly sweet wine like this is called a 'vino de sofá', a lounge wine to stretch out with and enjoy alongside some tapas. Due to its low alcohol content of 8.5%, the wine is pleasantly light. Chilled, it tastes the most fruity.
