In the picturesque South Holland village of Reeuwijk, the Vergeer family has lived there since the 17th century. True cheese lovers. Vergeer’s maturing cellar, where the cheeses rest on thirty-year-old Scandinavian spruce-wood boards, lies more than 8 metres underground.
