Verstegen Mix for chicken

Per 225g

    Ingredients (for 4 people): 500 g chicken (thigh) fillet, or 1 kg drumsticks/chicken legs or a whole chicken, approx. 1 tbsp (8 g) Verstegen mix for chicken (thigh) fillet or approx. 2 tbsp (20 g ) Verstegen mix for drumsticks/chicken legs or a whole chicken, 2 tbsp (olive) oil. Preparation method: rub the chicken of your choice with the Verstegen mix and let it absorb for a while. Heat a frying pan with the (olive) oil and fry the chicken over medium heat until golden brown on both sides until done. Chicken with a bone tastes best in the oven at 180°C. A whole chicken is done in about 50 to 70 minutes. Chicken legs are done in the oven in about 30 to 45 minutes.

    Usage

    Keep cool dark and dry.
