With this delicious mix, you’ll turn every chicken dish into a celebration—whether you’re grilling a whole chicken, pan-frying chicken breast, or roasting chicken legs. What’s more, with this bulk pack you’ll never run out and you’ll always have enough seasoning mix at home. Directions (for 4 people): rub 1 kg drumsticks/chicken legs or a whole chicken with about 2 tablespoons of Verstegen mix, or rub 500 g chicken thigh fillet with about 1 tablespoon of Verstegen mix. Leave to marinate briefly. Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of (olive) oil and fry the chicken over medium heat until nicely browned and cooked through. Chicken can also be cooked in the oven at 180 degrees.
