Looking for a tasty herb and spice mix for your piece of fish? Then this aromatic, fresh herb mix is an excellent choice! Preparation (for 4 people): sprinkle 500 g of fish with about 1 tablespoon of Verstegen mix and let it marinate briefly. Heat 2 tablespoons of (olive) oil in a frying pan and cook the fish over medium heat until done. Fish can also be cooked in the oven at 180 degrees. Thin fish fillet needs 5–10 minutes to cook; thicker pieces 20–25 minutes.
