Usage
Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
Preparation: PreparationDo not thaw before use. Remove the packaging. In the frying pan Heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil and fry the fish fingers at a moderate temperature for 6-8 minutes until golden yellow and done. Turn halfway. In the air fryer Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place the desired amount of fish sticks in the basket and heat in a preheated air fryer for about 7 minutes. In the oven Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the fish sticks on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the center of a preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden yellow and done.
