    Usage

    Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
    Preparation: PreparationDo not thaw before use. Remove the packaging. Place the fish sticks on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the center of a preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden yellow and done.
