    Oven:
    Bake the frozen fish fingers in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15-17 minutes on a baking tray. Turn the fish fingers after about 10 minutes.
    Baking pan:
    Fry the frozen fish sticks in the pan with a dash of oil and turn after 3-4 frying, fry for another 3-4 minutes until crispy on the other side. Make sure the fish sticks are not touching each other.

    Usage

    Frozen* (-6°C): 2-3 days after purchase. Frozen**(-12°C): 2 weeks after purchase. Frozen***(-18°C): Until stated expiration date. Do not refreeze after thawing. Despite careful filleting, a bone may inadvertently be left in the fish.
    Store frozen (-18°C). Do not refreeze after thawing.

    65% Alaska POLEFISH*, WHEAT FLOUR, rapeseed oil, water, potato starch, salt, yeast, spices.

    *Alaska coalfish (Theragra chalcogramma) caught in:
    A = the Northwest Pacific (FAO 61) caught with trawl nets or
    B = the Northeast Pacific Ocean (FAO 67) caught with trawl nets.
