Vocking liverwurst is rightfully a traditional liverwurst as liverwurst used to be made. Simplicity is trump by using natural ingredients. The dark liver color has been the certificate of craftsmanship since 1891. Vocking liver sausage is delicious on bread or with drinks and can even be baked.
