Usage
Preparation: Cold: mix 40 grams of oatmeal in cold semi-skimmed milk, semi-skimmed yoghurt, low-fat cottage cheese or a vegetable alternative. Add fresh fruit or dried fruit if desired. For overnight oats, mix 40 grams of oatmeal in 250 ml semi-skimmed milk or a vegetable alternative. Stir well and place covered in the refrigerator for 8 hours (overnight). Microwave (800 Watt): mix 40 grams of oatmeal in 250 ml semi-skimmed milk or a vegetable alternative. Heat for 2 minutes. Stir and let rest for 2-3 minutes. Pan: mix 40 grams of oatmeal in 250 ml semi-skimmed milk or a vegetable alternative. Cook for about 1 minute. Let rest covered for 2-3 minutes.
