Description
Raw and peeled white leg shrimp, with added water, frozen.
Remove the shrimp from the packaging and defrost preferably under cold running water or in the refrigerator. After opening and thawing, consume within 24 hours.
Frying pan/wok: heat margarine and/or (olive) oil and fry the thawed shrimp for about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Usage
Preparation method: thaw the shrimp preferably under cold running water or for 2 hours at room temperature. Fry the shrimps in heated oil for about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally. Consume within 24 hours after opening or thawing.
In freezer * (-6°C): several days. in freezer ** (-12°C): 2 weeks after purchase. in freezer *** (-18°C): best before the date stated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after thawing.
90% white leg shrimp* (Litopenaeus vannamei) (CRUSTACEANS), 9% water, salt, acidity regulator: E330/E331.

To protect and optimally maintain quality, the shrimps are covered with a layer of ice (10%).
