Chicken dish with pumpkin and carrot

• 600 g Pre-cooked potato slices
• 200 g Pumpkin, skin and seeds removed
• 200 g Carrot
• 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
• 500 g Chicken cubes
• 1 tbsp Thyme
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 Pot Potato Other Garden Herbs-Garlic
Optional: 120 g grated cheese for gratinating
Preparation method
• Preheat the oven (convection oven: 200°C).
• Briefly fry the chicken, drain off any excess moisture and season with salt and pepper.
• Cut the pumpkin into cubes and the carrot into slices of about half a cm thick and fry them over a low heat until al dente.
• Mix the potatoes with the vegetables, thyme, chicken and Potato Anders.
• Place the Potato Anders mixture in an oven dish and sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
Place in the oven for ± 35 min.
