The taste is lively and mineral with aromas of blood orange and a subtle bitterness. The finish is long and juicy with fine salty notes. The 2023 vintage is perfectly balanced. After a mild winter and dry spring, hot summers followed. Despite little rain, the grapes were in top condition. This wine is rich and concentrated, with a fresh aftertaste. The vineyards are located in the Park RƩgional du LubƩron at an altitude of 300 meters and the grapes are harvested relatively late.

Les animals fourmi rouge 0.750L
This French red wine comes from the hills of Mont Ventoux and is a blend of 4 grape varieties; carignan, cinsault, grenache and syrah. Thanks to the altitude and cooler temperatures, the grapes develop a nice acidity. If you like easy drinking wines, this is the ideal wine to enjoy as is. Fresh, fruity and nicely balanced. The 2022 harvest was influenced by a variety of weather conditions. Winter and spring were mild, with January and May being the driest months since the early 20th century. May and June brought record temperatures. Fortunately, rain in August allowed the grapes to ripen undisturbed and in perfect condition. The result is a complex, aromatic wine with a beautiful balance. Each grape variety is processed separately. After fermentation and blending, the wine is aged for a further 10 months before bottling.
