But nothing beats Dutch mayonnaise; there is always a slightly different taste to the mayonnaise in, for example, Spain or France. This is because Dutch mayo is a bit thicker and creamier. The recipe for Dutch mayonnaise differs slightly from that of other countries because in the Netherlands this sauce is mainly used for snacks.
