The Petit Balthazar is a pleasant and fruity white wine made from the Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine is light straw yellow in color. It smells of lime, grapefruit and exotic fruit. Wonderfully fresh in taste. What is special about this wine is its low alcohol content of only 11%. A delicious glass for on the terrace or as an aperitif and delicious with goat's cheese, pike-perch, spring rolls, scallops and perfect as an aperitif.
