1. Oven: hot air: preheat to 180°C. Spread one layer of frozen röstis evenly over the baking tray and bake for about 18-23 minutes until crispy.
2. Oven: top and bottom heat: preheat to 200°C and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes until crispy. Turn once towards the end of the baking time! Our tip: we recommend using baking paper!
3. Pan: put a little fat in a (coated) pan and fry the frozen röstis over a low or medium heat on both sides for about 3 minutes each until golden brown. Our tip: remove excess fat with a little paper towel.
4. Deep fryer: lower the frozen röstis into the fat heated to 170-180°C and fry for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Our tip: remove excess fat with a little paper towel.
5. Hot air fryer: preheat to 200°C. Spread one layer of frozen röstis evenly in the frying basket and fry until crispy for 6 to 10 minutes, depending on the power of the appliance.
