The level of the prostaglandins that cause this uterine contraction can become too high. This causes menstrual pain. Aleve Feminax has been specially developed to effectively address the cause of menstrual pain. It takes the pain out of your period. It ensures that the amount of prostaglandins does not rise too high and your uterus does not contract so violently anymore. Your period will continue unimpeded, but menstrual cramps will lessen so they will no longer disrupt your plans. In addition to menstrual pain, other menstrual complaints such as excessive blood loss can also be annoying. Aleve Feminax also helps to reduce blood loss. Usage
Instructions for use:-
Restrictions on use: -Avoid use in case of chickenpox or shingles.
-Be careful when using it in case of gastrointestinal problems and heart or vascular problems.
-Prolonged use of painkillers can worsen existing headaches, in which case consult a doctor.
-Do not use together with certain (prescription) medicines, see package leaflet.
Contraindication: Do not use in case of severe renal impairment, internal bleeding, stomach or duodenal ulcer, gastric mucosal inflammation or stomach pain, allergy to NSAIDs (ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid, diclofenac, etc.), a tendency to bleeding or treatment with anticoagulants and in case of heart failure.
Indication: To be used for menstrual pain.
Age indication: from 12 years
Dosage: Dosage: Start: 2 tablets, then 1 tablet at a time Max. Daily dosage: 3 tablets per 24 hours. Dosage: Start dosage with 2 tablets, then if necessary, 1 more tablet every 8-12 hours until the complaints have passed. In the elderly and patients with hepatic impairment, use the lowest possible effective dose. Take the tablet with plenty of water or milk, preferably immediately after a meal. - Do not use if you are being monitored by the thrombosis service.
- Do not use in children under 12 years of age or body weight less than 40 kilograms.
- In adults, do not use this medicine for more than 3 days in case of fever or longer than 5 days in case of pain without consulting a doctor.
- Do not use in people over 70 years of age.
- Do not use without consulting a doctor if you are also taking other medications.
- Do not use without consulting a doctor if you have cardiovascular disease, stomach or intestinal disorders or an increased risk of these, asthma or psoriasis.
- Do not use if you want to become pregnant or during pregnancy.
- Do not use if you have poor kidney or liver function.
- Stop using immediately if you experience a rash or sores in the mouth.
- Avoid prolonged use if you have a headache, as this can cause a headache.
