    Aviko potato gratins with Emmentaler cheese and cream are made from potato slices, cream sauce and Emmentaler cheese. The crispy crust, creamy taste and beautiful shape of the gratins add a particularly tasty touch to your meal. The gratins are easy to prepare in the air fryer or oven. It is a real delicacy for a festive meal, such as during Christmas, Ramadan, Easter or any other special day. A delicious combination is Aviko potato gratin with pulled chicken. To do this, bake the potato gratin as indicated on the packaging. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius. And place the marinated chicken legs close together in the oven dish or roasting pan. Cook the chicken legs for 3 hours. Let the chicken legs come to room temperature, after which you use two forks to pull the meat off the bones in chunks. Divide the chicken meat among the plates and add the gratins and a bowl of herb cream. Serve with rosemary bread and, for example, a salad of cherry tomatoes.

    Preparation: Do not thaw before use. Oven: preheat the oven to 220ºC. Divide the Gratins over the baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the center of the oven and bake for approx. 25 minutes (convection for approx. 20 minutes).
    Preparation: Air fryer: preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the Gratins on baking paper in the basket and bake portions of 4 for 18-20 minutes. (Based on the use of a Philpis Airfryer XL.) Every device is different, so the above are guidelines.
