Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry the chorizo ​​with the onion and garlic for 6 minutes. Stir in the frozen broad beans and fry for a further 4 minutes. Spoon half of the puree into the baking dish. Divide half of the broad bean mixture over it. Cover with the rest of the puree and the rest of the broad bean mixture. Bake the casserole for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Carefully break the eggs into the pan and fry 4 fried eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Chop the parsley finely. Remove the oven dish from the oven and garnish the oven dish with the fried eggs and the parsley.
