    Preparation method: do not thaw before use.



    Frying pan: Heat 15g (2 tbsp) oil or liquid margarine in the frying pan. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat.



    Stir regularly in between.



    Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Bake portions of approximately 450g for 10 minutes. Shake occasionally.
