Becel can also be used in coffee as a substitute for cream for finishing sauces and soups. For example, add a dash of Becel for coffee to the gravy and you have a deliciously creamy sauce. A gratin or savory cake also tastes extra delicious with Becel for coffee. In an omelette or in mashed potatoes you can replace the milk with Becel for coffee for a creamy effect. Becel for coffee (sterilized) contains 4% fat, of which 50% contains omega 3 and omega 6. Becel for coffee supplies an important contribution to the required daily amount of omega 3.
